Arnaoutis decisions Tyner in AC "Mighty" Mike Arnaoutis scored a unanimous decision over Lanardo Tyner to retain his USBA Jr. Welterweight title at Bally's Hotel & Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
Tyner actually did well early as he tried to rush Arnaoutis in an effort to get inside of Arnaoutis. In round two, Tyner sent Arnaoutis back with a big left. Arnaoutis got back to boxing and using his legs as he was effective with the jab and shots to the body. The middle rounds saw Arnaoutis land an assortment of punches as he did not let Tyner get into any type of rhythm.
